California Hot Sauce Solutions La Pistola

 La Pistola was the first official collaboration between Paulman Acre and J's Small Batch. Originally developed for the Vista Strawberry Festival at the California Hot Sauce Solutions facility, they smoked a heaping pile of local strawberries and combined it with tequila, agave nectar and a unique blend of top-shelf vinegars to make a spicy, strawberry sauce that is as unique as it is delicious. We’ve had reports of bottles being killed in a single session. It’s a game changer for wings, wraps, sandwiches, and everything in between.
